Position is based in our Corporate offices in Augusta, Georgia.

Job Description Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting at all levels of disciplines.  Evaluates applicant qualifications and pre-screens candidates to ensure skills meet the requirements for open positions. Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting, the Recruiter analyzes the job market, forecasts employment needs and works with Hiring Teams to formulate strategies and develop recruitment plans to support current and planned hiring activity within assigned region.  The Recruiter serves as an expert resource supporting the direct recruitment efforts of field agency Hiring Teams.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

 A.      Source, recruit and qualify candidates through the effective use of recruiting methods and best-practices including cold calling, targeted internet searches, networking/referrals, social media, internet job board postings, industry and professional association meetings and on-site recruiting events. 

B.      Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and maintain the candidate database.

C.     Support recruitment efforts of agency Hiring Teams by assisting with recruitment methods, tools, tracking and training.  

D.     Encourage collaboration and communication among and across agency Hiring Teams. 

E.      Track and report the cost benefit of recruitment activities. 

F.      Manage the interview, offer and pre-employment background check processes for designated positions as assigned. 

G.     Establish and manage relationships with Hiring Teams and other internal clients. 

H.     Follow all privacy policies of US CareNet and maintain the confidentiality of protected healthcare information (PHI).   

I.    Occasional overnight travel required.

Position Qualifications:

 1.    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field from an accredited university. 

2.    Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in recruiting, performing candidate assessments, interviewing, marketing candidate skills and employment offer negotiation. 

3.    Must have strong communication, networking, and sourcing skills; exhibit strong drive for results and success, and ability to achieve set goals. 

4.    Self-directed with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. 

5.    Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and the Internet.  Ultimate Software HRIS/ATS experience is preferred but not required.
