The Account Manager (AM) is the caretaker of a portfolio of clients, as well as the originator of opportunities through new client development, existing client product enhancement and boosted enrollment. The AM enjoys interacting with clients, easily builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships and serves as their liaison regarding questions and additional needs. The AM acts proactively to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met, thereby retaining satisfied and engaged clients for life. From time to time, the AM may have the opportunity to train other sales staff and may be responsible for supervising others within their respective divisions, as directed.

Position Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health related field preferred.
2. Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare marketing experience is required along with a proven track record of meeting established sales quotas.
3. Exceptional customer relationship building skills, along with strong data entry and verbal/written communication skills are essential.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).
5. High degree of flexibility and ability to travel and work in a variety of settings (i.e. Care Center, physician office, facility, or home office). Up to 90% travel is required on a regular basis.
6. Must be able to communicate clearly and comprehend written and verbal communications.
7. Must be able to function efficiently in a results-driven work environment.
